Signatures may or may not be required for the delivery of your package. The courier will have instructions to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is home the courier will usually make two or three attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a courtesy notice of their attempts to redeliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. We cannot be responsible for any problems or additional costs if the customer requests that the carrier deliver to an alternate location that is different than the original shipping address.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Curly Heaven Hair, and thus cannot be refunded.

On some occasions First Class International orders are not trackable once it reaches certain countries, If an item is not trackable you will have to contact your local post office to continue tracking your order. Curly Heaven will not be held accountable for non traceable International packages. Non trackable orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or replacements. Priority International Packages are fully trackable.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking number to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Orders shipped via USPS: Once your package has arrived at the Canadian border it will immediately be handed over to Canada Post who will then be responsible for final mail delivery. You can then take your same USPS tracking number and input it into the Canada Post website to continue to track your order.

We do ship to military addresses. All mail is shipped via USPS to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
