Can I bleach my extensions?

Technically yes, we have had plenty of customers bleach their extensions and be very happy with the results, however we strongly do not recommend getting hair extensions bleached, I know its like a catch 22.

Bleaching is a very harsh and harmful chemical process, It may change the curl pattern and may alter the quality and longevity of your hair extensions, It may also cause excessive dryness that will lead to tangles.

If you decide to go lighter it is recommend you take the extensions to a professional. We would advise you to only dye one small weft prior to coloring the full set to make sure you are satisfied with the resulting shade.

Dying, toning, or bleaching is done at the customer's discretion.

Can I dye, color and tone my extensions? 

Curly Heaven virgin hair extensions can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.

If you decide to go lighter it is recommend you take the extensions to a professional. We would advise you to only dye one small weft prior to coloring the full set to make sure you are satisfied with the resulting shade. Nothing is worse than coloring your entire set and then hate the results, by testing out the color on one small weft first you can ensure you like the color before dying your entire set.

Also please keep in mind that dying your extensions may cause dryness which if not moisturized properly can lead to tangles. Therefore, additional moisture will be needed to preserve the longevity of your extensions.

We do not recommend adding additional color to the extensions that have already been dyed.

Please understand that dyeing or toning hair extensions may alter the structure and longevity of the hair. Dyeing, toning, or bleaching is done at the customer's discretion.

Can I color, dye my already colored extensions?

We do not recommend you add additional color to the extensions that have already been dyed. Adding additional chemicals to the already colored treated hair may cause shedding and ruin the overall feel and quality of the hair.

Why are my extensions shedding? 

With constant styling and manipulation, all hair is prone to a little bit of shedding and tangling; Shedding is common on all hair extensions, your clip-Ins will shed a little mainly while washing, it's normal and is expected. You can minimize shedding/hair-fallout by maintaining and handling your hair extensions with great care, and by finger combing them gently during each wash. Avoid pulling and snagging while finger combing.

NOTE: For less shedding wash your extensions less frequently, we suggestion washing every 15-20 wears, the more you wash your extensions the more fallout you will have, this is a given with all hair extensions.

TIP: Avoid wetting the base of the extensions where the clips are located during every wash.

Why are my extensions getting tangled?

Remember…just like your own hair, curly and textured hair needs lots of moisture, and does not respond well to products with alcohol or heavy product use.

If not cared for properly your hair extensions can tangle, due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine, etc. Make sure to condition your hair extensions every few weeks and finger comb the hair or use a wide tooth comb while the hair is wet starting from the ends gently working your way up, do not brush the hair while its dry.

Use hydrating drops or leave in conditioners for additional help and moisture, allow to hair dry.

If you have personally dyed your extensions, most likely that is the reason for the tangles, colored extensions really need additional care and moisture to keep them from drying, the dryness will cause them to tangle.

How do I wash my extensions?

Wash your Curly Heaven hair extensions in one direction from top to bottom, avoid washing the hair upside down.

Co-washing is recommended** If you wish to use a shampoo, use a small amount of sulfate free shampoo and then apply a generous amount of conditioner. (Sulfate will dry your hair and your extensions)

We also recommend using hair treatments on them every few weeks (such as deep conditioners and hair masks) since the hair is not attached to your scalp it is not receiving all the essential oils it should be. Using hair treatments/masks will prevent tangles and help keep them looking healthier and nourished a lot longer!

Depending on how often you wear your hair extensions, and how much styling products you use, you will find that you won’t need to wash your extensions too often.

Best way to dry your hair extensions is to lay them flat on a clean towel and let them air-dry. For an instructional video on how to wash your clips-Ins please see below.

We recommend washing your extensions once a month or as needed.

What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat your hair extensions just as if it was your own hair. Remember it is real human hair :) Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products, avoid harsh chemicals and ingredients.

TIP: conditioning your hair plays a very important role in keeping the hair soft and manageable.

Recommendations: Use sulfate free, Paraben free, Phthalate free, alcohol free shampoos, conditioners and styling products.

Natural products or styling products without harsh ingredients is recommended. If you experience heavy product buildup, you can treat the hair with a clarifying shampoo followed by a deep condition with a moisture rich conditioner.

NOTE: Adding styling gel will leave your extensions with a more tighter defined curl pattern, use cream products if you do not want tight looking curls.  

TIP: To prevent "stiff curls" avoid adding styling products on damped or dry hair, apply only while the hair is wet.

Can I swim with my extensions on?

Although the sound of swimming with long luscious hair sounds amazing we do not advise you to wear your clip-in hair extensions while swimming or taking a shower, as it will tangle and may damage your own hair as well as the extensions.

My extensions are to frizzy or not frizzy enough, what should I do?

We understand that while some of us like a little frizz others want no frizz at all, below are some tips on how to get the best of both worlds.

TO FRIZZY?

If the curl pattern of the extensions you received are frizzer than you desire or expected simply wash the extensions and the frizz will be reduced, you will have a more defined curl. To keep the ends from not fizzing simply add a heavier hand of a leave in conditioner to the tips or use a styling gel to maintain them defined.

 

NOT ENOUGH FRIZZ?

If the curl pattern of the extensions you received is much more defined than you'd like, for a more natural bendable curl please manipulate the hair by gently finger combing the hair to loosen the curl and make the hair appear more natural, using cream products vs gels will also help.

How do I store my extensions?

You can store your extensions inside the box they came in, or you may place them inside a large ziplock bag, a storage container or you can hang them on your Curly Heaven hair hanger.  

Can I straighten the extensions?

Yes, but why would you want to? Curly hair is amazing! We don't advise adding excessive heat to your extensions because over time it may alter the pattern of the hair, If you find yourself wanting to flat iron or blow dry your curly extensions keep in mind that too much heat will cause heat damage which is un-reversible, please straighten at your own risk.

NOTE: Remember to always use a heat protectant.

What should I use to comb my extensions?

Your fingers! Yes, we are big believers that finger combing is the best way to go when combing your extensions, however if finger combing isn't your thing we suggest using a wide tooth comb. Remember to wash and comb while the hair while it's facing the same downward direction and always be gentle, do not pull or tug.

We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you order on a Friday your order will ship out on Monday or Tuesday.). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 2 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

On some occasions First Class International orders are not trackable once it reaches certain countries, If an item is not trackable you will have to contact your local post office to continue tracking your order. Curly Heaven will not be held accountable for non traceable International packages. Non trackable orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or replacements.  Priority International Packages are fully trackable**

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Curly Heaven Hair, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@curlyheaven.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

RETURNS
By placing an order at Curly Heaven, you are responsible for the cost of return products. Please refer to our international returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

LOST OR MISPLACED MAIL

If your package has been lost by the carrier you must contact your local post office or FedEx office and have them open an investigation to locate your package, Curly Heaven can not be held accountable for lost of misplaced packages caused by the delivery service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships your tracking number will appear in the delivery confirmation email under "Shipping Method" there you may follow the journey of your package and sign up for text alerts if you wish to be notified via text when your package has been delivered.

Please note that the tracking number will appear after 5pm once the order has shipped, if the tracking number is not visible It's because the package has not shipped yet.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show.

You may also track your package by visiting the USPS or FedEx website, or the website of the courier used to ship your parcel. (International First Class order may be excluded)

My order was shipped to the wrong address, what should I do?

Is it the customers responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly when placing an order, if an order was delivered to the wrong address please contact the shipping courier used to deliver your item. Curly Heaven will not be held accountable for orders shipped to the incorrect address.

If the order is returned to us we will be more than happy to resend your package correct address, however you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Why is my delivery delayed?

Holiday seasons and weekends may cause delay on all order deliveries. Please be aware that our warehouse is closed on the following dates for the remainder of the year, this may cause shipping delays as-well.

All orders take 1-2 business days to process and we do not ship on weekends or major U.S holidays, Monday-Friday only.

Please be aware that if an order is placed before the dates of closure you will experience shipping delays, please plan your order accordingly.

For example: If an order is placed on Friday, October 11th your order will not be shipped until Wednesday, October 16th.

My tracking shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear your package wasn't delivered.

All of our shipments include tracking & delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

If your package has been lost, misplaced or stolen please file a claim through the delivery service used and they will assist in locating your parcel.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages in your area, we suggest you call the courier to have your package held for pick up or try using a different secure delivery address.

When will my order be shipped?

Once we receive your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process, for example, if you order on Friday, your order should ship out on Monday or Tuesday regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. (Pre-orders excluded)

I think my package is lost what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that the delivery person may have lost or misplaced your package.

If you believe your package has been lost by the shipping courier you must contact your local courier service office (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc) and have them open an investigation to locate your package, please understand that Curly Heaven can not be held accountable for lost of misplaced packages caused by the courier.  

If you have known theft in your community I suggest calling the shipping courier to request for your package to be picked up instead of having it delivered.

I can have my order shipped overnight?

Yes, we do offer overnight shipping however, all order do take 1-2 business days to process regardless of shipping option selected.  


Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return my order?

We will be more than happy to provide a refund or exchange on unopened hair extensions within 14 days of the date that you receive your extensions.

(NOTE: Fees such as additional shipping charges, duties, customs, overdraft, return and 10 %restocking fee, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will not be reimbursed).

What is your return policy?

We are pleased to offer a return on unopened hair extensions within fourteen (14) days of you receiving your order.

We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with, this includes the sample piece, the hair and packaging must be in the same exact condition it was when it was sent to you.

Our boxes include a sample piece in a small separate compartment you may take out the sample hair piece check the color, quality and curl pattern, but the sample must remain untampered with and the main compartment must remain sealed in order for the set to be refundable or exchangeable, if the security seal has been opened the order will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.

Packaging or extensions that have been tampered with will not be eligible for an exchange or a refund. Returned product is subject to a restocking fee.

(NOTE: Fees such as additional shipping charges, duties, customs, overdraft, return and 10% restocking fee, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will NOT be reimbursed).

What is the return policy on wigs & ponytails?

We do not allow returns or exchanges on wigs and ponytail extensions. All wig and ponytail sales are FINAL and do not include a sample piece.

Why are opened extensions non-refundable?

We completely understand that choosing the right curl patten from a computer screen may not be easy, however please know that human hair extensions are considered hygienic sensitive products.

We at Curly Heaven take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, therefore we do not allow opened items or items that has been tampered with to be returned, this includes the sample piece, the sample piece must remain untampered with.

We are not alone, other hair extension suppliers do not allow returns on opened items for the same reason.

We show you love and respect, please do the same by following our industry leading policy.  

How do I initiate a return?

In order to initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail info@curlyheaven.com with your order number and the following information, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with our return address and an RMA label if you qualify for a return.

1. Please read about our refund and exchange policy.

2. If you agree to our refund/exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been opened and taken out of its security seal, please contact us by sending us an email at info@curlyheaven.com within the fourteen (14) days of receiving your package, please include your order number in the email.

3. Please take the following four photos of your set as shown below.

4. Once approved, we will then issue you additional return instructions along with our return address. Please note that our return address is different than the one shown on your package. An additional fee will be deducted on returned orders sent back to the incorrect address.

5. Once we've received the returned order it will be manually inspected, the extensions must be in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

6. Your refund will be issued.

Orders that are sent back without contacting us first will be denied/refused. Denied returns that are sent back will not be refunded and the merchandise will not be sent back.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders sent to the wrong address will be charged an additional fee, this also applies on orders sent back to an incomplete return address.

Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping fees, we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, Curly Heaven Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

If you're returning/exchanging from outside of the U.S please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all returns within 1-3 business days of your return arriving back to us. Our aim is to complete this as quickly as possible for you. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed the following:

The hair extensions were not opened, taken out of the original packing or tampered with.

Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days or longer to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

May I return my order without contacting you?

No, you must contact us and your return must be approved prior to sending your return back. Please note that merchandise returned to us without contacting us will be denied/refused. Denied returns that are sent back will not be refunded and the merchandise will not be sent back.

Will you refund my delivery charge?

No, Curly Heaven will only refund the amount paid for your order excluding the delivery charge and a 10% return restocking fee.

When will I receive my exchange?

We will send you your exchange order after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the return package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to create and process your exchange.  

I sent my return to the wrong address, what should I do?

To start the return process please contact us first so that we can guide you through our return process and provide you with our return address.

Please know that the order return/exchange address is not the same one listed on the box. Returns sent back to the NJ address without the proper return labels will be charged additional fees, these fees will be deducted form your overall refund amount. Returns sent without contacting us first will also be charged additional fees.

Our return process is quite simple and all additional fees can be avoiding with simple communication and patience, we receive a high amount of daily emails please allow 1-2 business days to us to get back to you.

How long do the extensions last?

The lifespan of Curly Heaven hair extensions is 3 months to a year or longer, because our hair is 100% human hair, it truly does respond to how you care for it. With constant styling and manipulation, all hair is prone to a little bit of shedding and tangling. Treat them like your own hair and take very good care of it and they can last a very long time.

How do I clip In my extensions?

The extensions securely attach to your hair through small snap on clips that were sewn onto the base of the hair extensions. The clips easily hide right under your own hair, our clips also have a silicone insert which ensure a tight grip preventing them from slipping.


What length should I buy?

We offer 3 different lengths to choose from:

  • 18" Inches will give you mid-chest length; this length will look great for hair that is about collar bone length.
  • 22" Inches will give you about bra strap length; this length will look great for hair that is around mid-chest area length.
  • 26" inches will give you close to waist length hair / lower back length; this length will look great for hair that is around bra strap length.

If your natural hair is really short and you purchase long extensions the hair may not blend in and look natural, it is recommended you choose a length no more than a few inches longer than your natural hair length for a natural blended beautiful look.

Of course, these are just our suggestions, you may purchase any set and length you desire.

Can I wash and style the sample piece?

No, the sample piece is provided so customers can determine if the curl pattern and color will match and fit their needs. Once the sample piece has been tampered with (wash, styled etc) you will no longer be eligible for a return.

Human Hair extensions are considered hygienic sensitive products. We at Curly Heaven take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, therefore we do not allow items that has been tampered with to be returned.

Why are there short pieces of hair at the base of the weft?

The short strands of hair is normal and is a part of all the extensions, during manufacturing each of the wefts have to meet a required weight, the wefts with excessive hair that don't meet the requirements in weight will be trimmed to meet the correct overall weight and size.

What are hair "grams"?

Hair grams refers to the weight / amount of hair that you are getting. We offer three different grams to choose from, 120g, 160g and 220g.

  • Our 120 gram set is most suitable for finer hair types, Its perfect if you are looking to add length and some volume.
  • Our 160 gram set is our most popular set and is suitable for medium to thicker hair types. This set can also be worn if you have finer hair.
  • Our 220 gram set is our biggest set and is perfect for thicker hair types or if you are looking for extra volume.

What is remy hair?

Remy hair is the highest-quality of real human hair that is categorized in the premium segment. Remy hair still possesses the cuticle layer, which is the outermost part of the hair strand. Since all the hair cuticles are placed in the same direction, the hairs remain undisturbed, making them more durable and long lasting. The cuticle layer is important as it ensures that the hair remains tangle free, shiny, smooth and helps with the longevity of the hair.

What is the difference between the Sambi & the Twirly?

Both the Sambi and the Twirly are a great fit for type 3 hair, however the curl patterns for both are slightly different.

Sambi (photo #1) has a slightly looser curl pattern making it good for 3A-3B hair types.

Twirly Curl (photo #2) has a tighter more defined curl pattern, making this set ideal for 3B-3C curl patterns.

NOTE: Not all curl patterns are the same and most curly heads naturally have more than one curl pattern therefore the extensions do not have to be a perfect match to get them to blend and look natural.



What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair refers to hair that has never been processed in any way, It's pure hair that it’s never been treated, ever. That means the donors has never in their lifetime has had their hair bleached or colored!

What is the difference between synthetic and human hair extensions?

Hair extensions made from human hair is remarkably soft with a shine and movement that is not easily duplicated in synthetic hair, human hair can be dyed, cut and styled with hot tools (curled or straightened), washed frequently, and treated just like you would your own natural hair. Human hair extensions can last up to a year or longer if they are properly cared for.

On the other hand, hair extensions made from synthetic hair are sensitive to the sun, are difficult to style and blend with your own hair, and typically don't have the same lifespan as human hair extensions. Synthetic hair is also less durable than human hair. With proper care you can expect synthetic hair to last about 4-6 months, heat friendly synthetic hair around 2- 3 months.

Why is my payment not going through?

At checkout, please make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc) associated with your credit card. If certain information does not match, the transaction may get denied. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company to see what information they have on file. If you are placing an order while out of the country your card may also get declined, in this case please contact your credit card company or bank and approve the transaction.

Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duties?

INTERNATIONAL:

What is the difference between the Seamless and the Classic regular extensions?

The simple answer lays at the base of the extensions. The regular classic set has a beautiful stitched lace fabric along the base of the weft while the seamless has a light weight and flexible silicone base of the weft.

How do I install my ponytail extension?

We love our ponytail extensions, especially on those lazy days we want to look cute instantly but our hair isn’t really cooperating, the ponytail extensions are very easy to install.

  1. Create a ponytail with your hair.
  2. Twist natural ponytail creating a tight bun tuck away with bobby pin.
  3. Grab ponytail extension, insert clip to the top of your bun and sides.
  4. Gather the wrap around piece to hide your hair tie and your done.

 Tips: Use a thick ponytail tie to secure your own ponytail very tightly. Use a bobby pin to secure the wrap piece to conceal the velcro.



The extensions are not a perfect match, what should I do?

The curls on my extensions are not a perfect match, can I still use them?

Yes, you can, everyone has different curl patterns and most people have more than 1 curl pattern which is why curly hair extensions will most likely blend in and look great regardless even if the curl pattern is slightly different than your own.

How do I color my extensions at home?

Curly Heaven virgin hair extensions can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.

If you decide to go lighter it is recommend you take the extensions to a professional. We would advise you to only dye one small weft prior to coloring the full set to make sure you are satisfied with the resulting shade.


Do you offer wholesale prices?

At this time, we do not offer any wholesale packages or pricing.

Do you have extensions for 3A curls?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not carry a set made for type 3A curls.

How do I know which extensions to buy?

Sambi / Spirally Curly - This texture is our best seller, it has a looser curl pattern than our Twirly Curl which is also for type 3 curls. Sambi blends best with 3A-3B hair.

Twirly Curl / Springy Spirally - This texture has a tighter more defined curl pattern than the Sambi and blends best with 3B-3C curls.

Wavy Curly / Beachy Waves - This is the loosest curl pattern we offer and blends best with 2B-2C hair.

Coily Curl / Springy Coily - Coily has a tighter coarse curl and blends best with 3C-4A hair.

Kinky Curly / Afro Chic - This is our tightest, kinkiest curl pattern and blends best with type 4 hair.

Where does your hair come from?

All of our products are made from 100% human hair and is ethically sourced. All of our hair is donated, sold, or exchanged fairly. Each texture undergoes our signature steam process to create and achieve those perfectly bendable curls, waves and kinks we love.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders that are cancelled before processing are not subject to a restocking fee and will receive a full refund.

Do you offer phone support?

We do not offer phone support of any kind however we will be more than happy to help answer any questions or concerns you may have via email. Please reach out to us at Info@curlyheaven.com.

Why was my order canceled?

If our payment system detects that your order is a potential risk of fraud, we will place your order on hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety of our company and for the credit card holder.

Examples of when our system will detect and flag orders as a potential risk of fraud.

-If you are placing an order with a credit card that is issued in a different country than where you are placing the order from.

-If the billing and shipping address do not match.

-If there is a history of previous potential fraud orders.

-If the name of the card holder does not match the buyers name.

If the necessary information is not collected or if we feel that an order is a potential risk of fraud your order will be canceled. To avoid any cancelations making your purchase via PayPal is the fastest and safest way to purchase for both the buyer and seller.

Can I change my mailing address?

Once an order enters processing at our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it but we will try our very best. To change an address on an already placed order please contact us immediately with your order number and your new shipping address at info@curlyheaven.com

Can I upgrade my shipping after I placed my order?

Please contact us at info@curlyheaven.com with your order information and we will try our best to upgrade your shipping.

If your order has not yet been processed at our warehouse or been shipped, we will place your order on hold and send you a custom invoice for the upgrade fee. If your order has already entered processing we will not be able to adjust your shipping method.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@curlyheaven.com with your order information and your request to cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse.

If your order has already entered processing or if it has already shipped will not be able to cancel the order.

Orders canceled prior to processing will receive a full refund.

What does pre-order mean?

If a product is listed as being on backorder or out of stock, that means we have no more units left in our warehouse but have a new shipment on the way.

You then have the option of pre-ordering an item, It's a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line to receive the new inventory. Please allow 10-15 business days from the moment the product became out of stock for items to be restocked.

How do I start a claim for a lost package?

To start a claim first you must contact the courier that delivered your package, provide them with your tracking number and they will guide you through the process.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO BOX?

Unfortunately, No. Our U.S orders are shipped via FedEx and they do not ship to Po Boxes, if a Po Box address is entered during checkout you will be contacted via email to provide us with an alternate physical shipping address so we can process and ship your order.
