SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES: It will take 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship regardless of the shipping option selected during checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, at times it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Processing time may take longer during the holiday season and on days our warehouse is closed - please see our warehouse days of operation below.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct shipping address is entered during checkout. If you noticed an error on your shipping address please contact us at as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address, the customer will have to contact the courier directly and have the order held for pick up.  

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED: Please click here and follow the steps in order to help track your missing parcel. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If you did not purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout and the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers to investigate this issue. If your package has been stolen, misplaced or lost by the courier you must contact your local courier service office first (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc) and have them open an investigation to locate your package, Curly Heaven will not be held accountable for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. If you purchased Shipping Protection, Route will cover your damaged, lost or stolen package.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES: International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local courier or government and are not collected by Curly Heaven, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that refusal of package for non payment of customs + duties fees will be returned to Curly Heaven by the courier and any return fees, as well as duties and taxes if they have been generated will be deducted from the customers overall refund amount.

Warehouse Schedule 2021

We would like to share with you our warehouse upcoming closure schedule.
Holiday seasons and weekends may cause delay on all order deliveries, as well as weather conditions during the Winter season for our NJ office or natural disasters such as hurricanes for our FL office. Please be aware that our warehouse is closed on the following dates for the remainder of the year, this may cause shipping delays as-well.

All orders take 1-2 business days to process and we do not ship on weekends or major U.S holidays, we only ship Monday-Friday. Please be aware that if an order is placed before the dates of closure you will experience shipping delays, please plan your order accordingly.

Examples: Normal business days: If an order is placed on a Thursday, It may ship on Friday or Monday (given the 1-2 business days needed to process an order).

During warehouse holidays: If an order is placed on Tuesday Sept 7th, your order may not be shipped until Thursday or Friday (given that the warehouse will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday).
