Our extensions arrive pre-washed but they are not meant to be a perfect out-of-the-box match. Curly extensions are designed to be styled after washing to achieve your perfect blend. Techniques like finger coiling, separating curls, or light heat styling can help match your exact pattern.

Lighting, styling, and curl pattern can all affect how color appears at first.

Before deciding, we recommend:

• Compare the hair in natural daylight (indoor lighting can distort tones)

It’s completely normal for extensions to be a shade lighter or darker this often creates a more natural, dimensional blend rather than a flat, one-tone match.

In many cases, once blended and styled, the color will look much more seamless than expected.

Please do not open the main set until you are fully satisfied with the sample piece.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for items that are:

• Unopened, unworn, and uninstalled
• In their original packaging and condition
• Inclusive of the sample piece in its original state

Important Notes

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we’re only able to accept returns on items that remain in their original, unused condition (this includes the sample piece).

Returns requested outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any merchandise returned after the 30 days will not be accepted. The return will be denied without refund, and the merchandise will not be returned to you.

If your match isn’t perfect, we recommend an exchange, we’re happy to help you find the right texture or color.

Your order is eligible for a return or exchange if the main set remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Every order includes a sample piece (taken from your full set) in a separate compartment. You’re welcome to remove and the sample to evaluate the color, length, and curl pattern before committing.

To remain eligible:

• The main compartment must remain sealed
  
• The hair must show no signs of wear, installation, or tampering
  
• The sample piece should remain in its original condition
• If the sample piece shows signs of tampering, a $50 USD deduction will be applied to the total refund.
• If the sample piece is missing or different product is sent back, a $100 USD will be deducted from the total refund.
  

If the main seal has been opened, we’re unable to accept a return due to hygiene and quality standards.

Human hair extensions are considered hygiene-sensitive products.

To maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all customers, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Each order includes a sample piece, giving you the opportunity to explore the color, curl pattern, and blend before opening the full set.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for processing on our end
  
• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
  

You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Note: Shipping costs, Pay to unlock Returns, Restocking fee ($20) and Route Package Insurance fees are non refundable. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For domestic orders:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  
• If a return label is provided, $9 USD will be deducted from your refund
  
• Shipping protection/insurance (if selected) is non-refundable

For international orders:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping
  
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
• Shipping protection/insurance (if selected) is non-refundable
