How It Works:

1. Complete Order: The $100 deposit will be used towards your purchase. 
   
2. Consultation: Share your vision with us! Once an order is placed we will contact you via email to gather all of your special requirements. We’ll guide you through the process, offering professional advice to achieve your desired look.
   
3. Customization: Select your preferred hair type, texture, length, color, and style. Add any special instructions or requests to make your order truly one-of-a-kind.
   
4. Quote: After finalizing your customized details, we will provide a quote for your custom hair extensions based on your specifications.
   
5. Creation: We will submit your order for production, our skilled artisans will meticulously craft your custom extensions.
   
6. Delivery: Once your custom order is complete, we’ll deliver it straight to your door, you will be able to track it every step of the way. 

Please note that all extensions are measured when the hair is straight. When placing your order, keep in mind that tighter curl textures may shrink by 4–5 inches, while looser curl patterns may shrink by 2–3 inches, so plan your order accordingly.

Hair Care & Maintenance

Your Curly Heaven clip-Ins are 100% Remy human hair which means they should be treated like your own curls… just with a little extra intention.

With proper care, your extensions can last 9–12+ months.

Washing Guidelines

• Wash after 10–15 wears (or when product buildup occurs)
• Always detangle gently before washing
• Use lukewarm water
• Cleanse with a sulfate-free, curl-safe shampoo
• Apply conditioner mid-shaft to ends (avoid clips & bands)
• Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water
• Do not rub, twist, or wring

Pro Tip: Over-washing reduces longevity. Less is more.

Drying

• Pat dry with a microfiber towel
• Air dry flat for best curl integrity
• Optional: Diffuse on low heat + low airflow

Allow curls to fully dry before storing.

Detangling

• Always detangle from ends upward
• Use fingers or a wide-tooth comb
• Detangle when wet or with a light leave-in spray
• Avoid heavy oils that cause buildup

Gentle handling preserves the curl pattern and cuticle alignment.

Styling

• Safe to heat style up to 350°F (use heat protectant)

Remember: The more heat and color processing, the shorter the lifespan.

Storage

• Store fully dry
• Keep in a satin bag or box
• Lay flat or loosely coiled
• Keep away from humidity

Proper storage prevents tangling and preserves texture.

What to Avoid

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for hair extensions within a thirty (30) days, return window begins when the order is fulfilled., provided that the extensions have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. (Final sale items, accessories, ponytails, gift cards, custom orders and wholesale orders are non-refundable).

For standard shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. During the Holiday Season, processing times may be slightly extended. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.
