Delivery & Return
We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with, this includes the sample piece, the hair and packaging must be in the same exact condition it was when it was sent to you. The security seal must also be in tacked and untampered with.

What are curl types and how are they determined?
A simple breakdown: Type 1s is straight hair Type 2s is wavy hair Type 3s are curly hair Type 4s are coily hair.
How do I know which “curl type” I am?
Most people with textured curly hair have more than one type of curl pattern so its ok to mix and match. Below is a guide that breaks down the difference between the curl patterns in our collections.
Wavy Curly 2B-2C: has a mix of defined S-shaped waves combined of large, loose curls. This set is best suited for those with 2B-2C curl patterns.
Curly Curl 3A-3B: Curly Curl has a combination of springy ringlets and looser curls, although it has more of the tighter ringlets throughout it’s still best suited for those with 3A-B curl patterns.
Sambi 3A-3B: has a combination texture with slightly tighter and looser curl patterns making it ideal for those with 3A-3B curl patterns.
Spirally Curl 3B: has the same tighter springy ringlets throughout making this set best suited for those with 3B curl patterns.
Twirly Curl 3B-3C: has a tight densely packed curl pattern throughout mixed with tighter springy ringlets, this set is best suited for those with 3B-3C curl patterns. Note: With this set the curl transforms and its true curl pattern comes to life after washing.
Karli Curl 3C: has tight well-defined curls giving the hair lots of natural volume, this set is best suited for those with 3C curl patterns.
Kurly Coil 3C-4A: has a combination texture of well-defined tight curls that are densely packed providing soft voluminous hair. This set is best suited for those with 3C-4A curl patterns.
Coily Curl 4: has coarser curls which are densely packed together giving amazing volume. This set has a nice defined curl from root to end. The tips slightly frizz and kinks into tinier coils giving it a very natural and beautiful look, this set is best suited for those with 4A curl patterns.
Curly Cue 4B: has densely packed springy, S-patterned coils making this set is best suited for those with 4B curl patterns.
Kinky Curly 4C: has tightly coiled strands, the curl has more of a tight zig-zag pattern making this set is best suited for those with 4C curl patterns.
How is the hair measured?
Each bundle is measured by its length when the hair is completely straight, therefore due to the hair’s curly nature there will be shrinkage. Sambi Hair Length:
18" Inches is approximately 12”-14”” Inches in it’s curly state.
22" Inches is approximately 14”-16” Inches in it’s curly state.
26" inches is approximately 18”-19” Inches in it’s curly state.
Note: When the hair arrives it will be at its shortest state as it is un-manipulated, the hair will elongate after washing. It is recommended you choose a length no more than a few inches longer than your natural hair length for a natural blended beautiful look*
What are hair grams?
Hair grams refers to the weight / amount of hair that you are getting.
120 Grams / 4.2 oz Suitable for finer hair types, Its perfect if you are looking to add length and some volume.
160 Grams / 5.6 oz Most popular and is suitable for medium to thicker hair types. This set can also be worn if you have finer hair.
220 Grams / 7.7 oz Our biggest set and is perfect for thicker hair types or if you are looking for extra volume.
What does it mean when an item is on backorder?
If a set is listed as being on backorder, that means we have no more units left in our warehouse but have a new shipment on the way. Pre-ordering an item is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line to receive the new inventory.

I am very impressed with curly heaven. I do think my curl pattern may slightly resemble more of the twirly curl but i didn't realize until after the fact and still made it work and blended it well, so it's really kind of hard to tell. I will definitely be ordering again. Ladies don't hesitate, if your on the fence. This was my first time using curly clip ins. Five stars
