Refund policy
Exchange & Return Policy: You have the option to exchange or return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that the security seal remains intact, and the hair extensions have not been opened, worn, tampered with, removed from their original packaging, or taken out of the main package.
Final sale items: accessories, hair care products, ponytails, gift-cards, final sale products, custom orders and wholesale orders are not available for exchange or returns.
It's important to note that human hair extensions are categorized as hygienic-sensitive products. At Curly Heaven, we prioritize hygiene and public safety, which is why we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or tampered with in any way.
Each order is shipped with a separate sample hair piece. If you return an order without including the sample piece, or if the sample hair piece has been tampered with, a $50 fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
It is essential to initiate your return through our return portal and obtain approval before dispatching it. Please be aware that any merchandise returned without prior contact or approval will not be accepted. The return will be denied without refund, and the merchandise will not be returned to you. For international orders please contact us directly.
Original shipping costs, Pay to Unlock Free Returns, Restocking Fee ($20) and Route Package Insurance fees are non refundable.
The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping expenses. We strongly advise using a shipping method with tracking capabilities, as Curly Heaven cannot be held accountable for any lost returns.
If we provide you with a return shipping label (or QR code), the shipping fee associated with it ($9 USD) will be subtracted from your refund amount (unless you purchased the “Pay to Unlock Free Returns” option.)
International orders: Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Import duties and taxes are refundable to the customers if the order is cancelled or refunded before fulfillment.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, those duties and taxes are remitted to local authorities and the funds are non-refundable. Those fees are paid to the country’s local government, not the Curly Heaven and cannot be recovered for refund.
