Your favorites don’t always stay in stock but you can reserve your next set before it’s back. Here’s everything you need to know about pre-ordering with Curly Heaven.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you purchase an item that’s currently out of stock and reserve it from an upcoming restock. Your order holds your spot, and your item ships once it arrives and is ready to go.

How does it work?

1. Find your curls. If your selected texture, color, length, and set are available for pre-order, the product button will say “Pre-order.”

2. Place your order. Complete checkout to reserve your selection. A pre-order is a purchase, so review the estimated wait before checking out.

3. We’ll handle the rest. Once your item arrives and your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

How long is the wait?

Pre-orders typically take 2–6 weeks to restock. Check the product page for any timing specific to your selection.

Because restock timelines can shift, we do not provide or guarantee exact shipping or delivery dates for pre-orders. Any timeframe provided is an estimate and may change. 

Restock estimates are approximate and may shift. The restock window does not include shipping transit time, so allow additional time for delivery once your order ships. 

Will my order ship right away?

Pre-order items aren’t available for immediate shipment. The shipping method you choose at checkout applies once your order ships, it doesn’t shorten the pre-order wait.
