• Use lukewarm water
• Cleanse with a sulfate-free, curl-safe shampoo
• Apply conditioner mid-shaft to ends (avoid clips & bands)
• Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water
• Do not rub, twist, or wring

"I bought these about a month ago, and I really loved the product intially. I have very, very thick hair and I was impressed by the volume. I felt like I had too many clip ins and that was awesome! Unfortunately like other reviewers the color was too ashy ( cool toned ) where I was opting for a more golden ( warm tone )look. Simple fix, apply a toner to take out the ashy colors and replace them with warmer. That was when everything went downhill, my hair started shedding and continues to do so. The color took, but I lost tons of volume ): I would buy again but it's kind of risky. I was hoping these would last at least 6 months but they are already coming apart at the seams. I will try ordering one more time, maybe I got a bad batch. I'll post a YouTube review for more transparency :)"
"Chestnut brown is actually a copper/auburn brown. Horrible colour and advertising of colour! Very dissapointed as I wanted a light/golden brown now I'm stuck with pink hair because orange is hard to remove! If I had known I would of just went with chocalate brown"
