How It Works – Wholesale Custom Orders:

Complete Order: A $300 deposit is required and will be applied to your final purchase amount.

Consultation: Share your vision with us! Once the order is placed, we’ll contact you via email to gather all your specific requirements. We will guide you through the entire process, offering professional advice (if needed) to help achieve your desired look.
- Customization: Choose your preferred hair type, texture, length, color, and style. You can also add any special instructions or requests to ensure your order meets your exact needs for your clients.

Quote: After finalizing your custom details, we will provide a detailed quote based on your specifications. All wholesale orders must exceed $1,500 USD to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Agreement: An agreement outlining all terms and conditions will be sent for review and signature to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of the order.

Creation: Once the agreement is signed and the quote and terms are approved, we’ll submit your order for production. Our skilled artisans will carefully craft your custom extensions to meet your unique specifications.
- Delivery: After production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to you. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe and secure delivery. You’ll also be able to track the shipment every step of the way.
Please note that all extensions are measured when the hair is straight. When placing your order, keep in mind that tighter curl textures may shrink by 4–5 inches, while looser curl patterns may shrink by 2–3 inches, so plan your order accordingly.
