How It Works – Wholesale Custom Orders:

1. Complete Order: A $300 deposit is required and will be applied to your final purchase amount.
   
2. Consultation: Share your vision with us! Once the order is placed, we’ll contact you via email to gather all your specific requirements. We will guide you through the entire process, offering professional advice (if needed) to help achieve your desired look.
   
3. Customization: Choose your preferred hair type, texture, length, color, and style. You can also add any special instructions or requests to ensure your order meets your exact needs for your clients.
4. Quote: After finalizing your custom details, we will provide a detailed quote based on your specifications. All wholesale orders must exceed $1,500 USD to qualify for wholesale pricing.
   
5. Agreement: An agreement outlining all terms and conditions will be sent for review and signature to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of the order.
   
6. Creation: Once the agreement is signed and the quote and terms are approved, we’ll submit your order for production. Our skilled artisans will carefully craft your custom extensions to meet your unique specifications.
   
7. Delivery: After production is complete, your order will be shipped directly to you. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe and secure delivery. You’ll also be able to track the shipment every step of the way.

Please note that all extensions are measured when the hair is straight. When placing your order, keep in mind that tighter curl textures may shrink by 4–5 inches, while looser curl patterns may shrink by 2–3 inches, so plan your order accordingly.

Your Curly Heaven clip-Ins are 100% Remy human hair which means they should be treated like your own curls… just with a little extra intention.

With proper care, your extensions can last 9–12+ months.

Washing Guidelines

• Wash after 10–15 wears (or when product buildup occurs)
• Always detangle gently before washing
• Use lukewarm water
• Cleanse with a sulfate-free, curl-safe shampoo
• Apply conditioner mid-shaft to ends (avoid clips & bands)
• Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water
• Do not rub, twist, or wring

Pro Tip: Over-washing reduces longevity. Less is more.

Drying

• Pat dry with a microfiber towel
• Air dry flat for best curl integrity
• Optional: Diffuse on low heat + low airflow

Allow curls to fully dry before storing.

Detangling

• Always detangle from ends upward
• Use fingers or a wide-tooth comb
• Detangle when wet or with a light leave-in spray
• Avoid heavy oils that cause buildup

Gentle handling preserves the curl pattern and cuticle alignment.

Styling

• Safe to heat style up to 350°F (use heat protectant)

Remember: The more heat and color processing, the shorter the lifespan.

Storage

• Store fully dry
• Keep in a satin bag or box
• Lay flat or loosely coiled
• Keep away from humidity

Proper storage prevents tangling and preserves texture.

Return & Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for hair extensions within a thirty (30) days, return window begins when the order is fulfilled., provided that the extensions have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
