Sambi texture has a combination texture with slightly tighter and looser curl patterns making it ideal for those with 3A-3B hair.
Delivery & Return
We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with, this includes the sample piece, the hair and packaging must be in the same exact condition it was when it was sent to you. The security seal must also be in tacked and untampered with.

Color Specification
Off Black (1B) our Off Black is virgin, unprocessed hair, It's a black shade with brown undertones.
Dark Brown (#2) is a rich dark brown shade with cool and warm undertones.
Mocha Brown (#3) our darkest deep brown shade with warm undertones.
Dark Blonde (#8) is a blend of blonde and brown with golden undertones.

How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, Curly Heaven Invisible wefts can last you up to 1-2 years.
What is the difference between regular wefts and invisible wefts?
Regular wefts whether hand-tied or machine wefts are thicker at the base than our Invisible wefts and have a shorter life span of 6-12 months, they also can not be freely cut without having to reseal the weft to avoid shedding, our Invisible wefts are made with the newest technology creating a thin, lightweight weft that is barley noticeable, they can be cut freely without shedding and have a longevity of 1-2 years (with proper care).
What are curl types and how are they determined?
A simple breakdown: Type 1s is straight hair Type 2s is wavy hair Type 3s are curly hair Type 4s are coily hair.
What is a bundle?
A bundle is the equivalent to a pack of hair, our full bundles are between 3.5-3.7oz and each pack has either 6 pre-cut (30cm) bundles or 2 pre-cut (80cm) bundles.
How long do sew-ins last?
Depending on how quickly your hair grows, the extensions will need to be moved up every 6-8 weeks.
How is the hair measured?
Each bundle is measured by its length when the hair is completely straight, therefore due to the hair’s curly nature there will be shrinkage. Sambi Hair Length:
18" Inches is approximately 12”-14” Inches in it’s curly state.
20" Inches is approximately 14”-15”” Inches in it’s curly state.
22" Inches is approximately 15”-16” Inches in it’s curly state.
24" Inches is approximately 16”-17” Inches in it’s curly state.
26" inches is approximately 18”-19” Inches in it’s curly state.
What does it mean when a product is on backorder?
If a set is listed as being on backorder, that means we have no more units left in our warehouse but have a new shipment on the way. Pre-ordering an item is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line to receive the new inventory.
